First thanks to all who helped on my previous question about what weapons to aim for in 1.8 now i need to get something sorted out with weapon talents: For a long time it been suggested to me by friends who do not play The Division much anymore to get Ar's, lmg's Smgs etc with destructive on them but i don't think this is the way to go now so i could use some advice on what to go for.
